Junior Administration Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assignment on special projects in the administration department which consists of the Human Resources Department, the Sales & Marketing Department and the Finance Department
  • Review and documentation of business processes, as well as drafting guidelines
  • Supporting to implement new guidelines and processes
  • Any other related tasks

  • Bachelor degree in any business-related field (mandatory)
  • Ability to work on assigned projects with minimal supervision
  • Various experiences in different fields and broad range of interests
  • Strong work ethics and morale
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fast learner and open, friendly personality
  • Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point and strong IT affinity
